We believe that qualities such as attention to detail, organizational skills, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and compassion are necessary to uphold the integrity of the LNC profession.
We have ensured that we understand the phases of the legal process and the four elements of a negligence case: duty, breach, causation, and damages.
We also know that a plaintiff’s counsel has the burden of proof that the defendant had a duty to exercise reasonable care; however, that the defendant may have breached that duty, and that the breach caused the injury.
